An evening with two great promises of electronic music. Swedish Klara Lewis, born in 1993, daughter of art, initially engages in drawing, becomes passionate about David Lynch’s cinema and finally chooses a career as a sound artist. He has released three CDs on Editions Mego, Peter Rehberg’s prestigious Viennese label. His music is centered on an ingenious elaboration of samples from different fields: ambient, noise, wave, trip hop, techno and industrial.

The stylistic position of İpek Görgün, originally from Ankara, PhD student in Sonic Arts at the Istanbul Technical University’s Center, is quite different. His latest CD Ecce Homo, published by Touch, revealed the originality of his sound perspective, which moves between concrete music and ambient music with a dreamlike trait. With his musical research Ipek Gorgun wants to shed light on our search for both individual and collective meaning, on the fact that there is something significant beyond the physicality of the body. His music, close to abstraction, seems to reflect human civilization and its ability to create beauty and destruction, its tendency to progress and then decline.
